LEADERSHIP

My work pursuit is firmly rooted in the conviction that a true leader is constantly seeking to connect better with the people she is leading, even if that connecting means confronting and moving people out of their comfort and into transformation. Yet there is no way to connect deeply with others without taking into account stories, story elements, and their effect on us as human beings. A leader who doesn't become agile in storytelling techniques will eventually hit a glass ceiling and be unable to move and mobilize in the way she desires, because we are moved (for better or for worse) by narrative and all its elements.

One of my missions therefore is to help leaders to better understand and manage:

  1. their own stories (internal narratives)

  2. others' stories

  3. navigate collective stories intentionally
